shipping problem

Hi,
Can't get my head around this shipping situation.
My client wants:
UK Fixed cost of £1.00 Plus

30 pence per item1
60 pence per item2
15 pence per item3
70 pence per item4

For US Canada and Rest of the World

Fixed cost of £1.50 Plus

60 pence per item1
120 pence per item2
15 pence per item3
130 pence per item4

I set a min price to £1.00 and had an increment of 1p for 0.01 and set the weights to correspond.. This works for the uk but for US.. I can't see how to work it.
Can anyone see a simple answer?

Nope, beats me.

If I were you I'd ask the client if he could change his US/canada charges so that 2p per 0.01 would work. At least that would be logical.
