Can Sage link do this??

OK, we are running Actinic V7 and Sage v9.0

We want to be able to export orders from Actinic into Sage and have a sales order made containing customer details (and make new info where necassary), card details (into more info box of sage sales order) BUT not enter a product.

Reason being that our product codes on the site don't match the ones we have on Sage (with good reason).

Will it allow us to do this? Or can it only export orders exactly as is?

OK, next question. If the stock item on the catalog is not already on Sage, does it (or perhaps more acutely - can it) automatically make the product code when it makes the sales order?

No, i am afraid not, when actinic transfer that product over to sage, and if sage does not reckonise the product, then it give it a product code of "S1". This is also true if you don't use the "Product Translation" within "Actinic to Sage"
