$0.00 Cost Offline Order Problem

If I enter an offline order with a balance due of $0.00 Actinic automatically assumes that the order has been paid for. I need to then be able to add and adjustment to the order to add the total from another shopping cart system I am linked with. The only way around I have found is to add a $0.01 handling charge and delete the charge later. I need to use the ordering system of Actinic so that I can keep all of my orders straight. Any Ideas?

Hi,

The order will be set to 'full payment received' because there is actually nothing to pay. You can then add your adjustment straight to the 'Line Item' tab and this will change the status to 'pending'. I'm not sure why you need to add the handling charge or am I misunderstanding the issue .
