CSS Link Missing from Act_InfoPopup.html

Just a minor point to let you know (if you don't already) that the CSS Link is missing from Act_InfoPopup.html in Clean Layouts - Layout10.

It can easily be added to the template, so a permanent fix can be left for a future maintenance release.

Thanks for this. It is already a known problem and there will be a fix in the next intermediate release. FYI It won't be in 7.0.3 as we don't put template changes in minor versions in order to avoid people getting the 'Site Upgrader' appearing.
