csv file imports

Hi everyone

I'm having trouble importing csv files into actinic - have tried exporting the site as a csv file to see how its put together - but the site is so huge that I really cant make any sense of the layout in the exported csv file as there is so much data.

Its the the first time I've come to use csv files - does anyone have a really basic structure or template of a clean csv file so that I can get my head round the naming conventions.
