different language variations of the same online shop

Hello,

I was wondering if it was possible to have different language variations of the same online shop such as French and Spanish?

My Client is quite keen to have a french and spanish online shop, and wondered if it was possible, I know it would mean a hell of a lot of work unless there is a foreign version to actinic I dont know about?
