Dreamweaver integration

Can I use Dreamweaver to customise my website with Actinic business. The only reference I could find was with using Developer.

The Developer integration includes a Dreamweaver Extension to recognise the Actinic template tags. So this means you can preview your site, then switch to Dreamweaver to locate and edit specific templates that go to make up a page.

However, if you know which templates you want to change, then I don't see any reason why you cannot open and edit the templates in Dreamweaver directly.

I edit files directly in DW.

You could also use the template editor and set the default editor to DW in that

Is there a dreamweaver entry level program? Had a look on the site but was baffled with the different applications.

Current program is Dreamweaver 2004.
It dosen't come in editions or flavours, just straight DW 2004.
It is also included in Studio MX and Studio MX Pro that include other macromedia programs such as Fireworks, Flash etc. in the same way that Microsoft Office includes Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc etc.

You can download a 30 day demo of any of the Macromedia offerings, which should give you the opportunity to suss out if it/they are worth purchasing.

WH Smiths do a guide book on dreamweave at about £15.00

Simply written and lots of diagrams etc

its about A3 size and in the magazine rack area
