worldpay not sending notifications

    worldpay not sending notifications

    My worldpay account isnt sending out any confirmation emails or authorisation notifications to mt v6.13 catalog.

    I download an order and then it appears in the PSP Pending area as no authorisation is received. usually this happes almost immediately.

    Some time later we can see the transaction in our worldpay admin area, but still nothing is passed to actinic.

    Have checked email addresses nd setups, even had a new secret key generated and done a web refresh.

    I dont even get any remittance or refund emails fromm them and Worldpay say its not their end....

    Any ideas?

    Worldpay is working as normal here - has anything changed on your server?

      we did change servers, but the dns has had well over 24hrs to propogate

        com domains need a good 3 days to propagate fully. co.uk's need 24 hours
