Hi all,

I have noticed a strange thing with digital downloads in version 7 using Worldpay. When a customer orders a digital download and pays for the transaction, if they do not click the 'View Online Receipt' button at the end of the transaction they do not get the digital download link sent to their e-mail address supplied in the transaction. This wasn't the case in version 6.

Any thoughts?

Hi Andy

I thought this was always the case, even with version 6, when i tested it. If the client does not go back to the user website html reciept page, then you will not recieve the link from the email. The client needs to go back to the user website. If they close on worldpay, then they do not recieve an email from actinic.
