Hi
I have a number of different shipping options, implemented as classes, including the following 2:-
1. FREE local delivery
2. UK by carrier - £6.50 up to £500 order value, FREE over £500 order value.
When checking out for an order of less than £500, all the options are shown just as they should be. However, when checking out for an order of OVER £500, only the FREE local delivery option, and not the UK by carrier option, is shown in the drop-down list of options.
This is illogical as most customers are not local, so for the majority of customers, the correct option is not displayed. They can of course select the LOCAL option but if they live other than locally then they will think there is something wrong.
Any ideas anyone?
Regards
Nick
