Site test - alleged problem with payment page

Hi

I know this is really tedious - but i'd be really grateful if anyone could have a quick look at my site www.theperfectpad.co.uk
I''ve had some feedback from punters saying that the payment page of the site keeps freezing on them. I've also had some Mac users saying that the site wasn't working well for them.
I cant find any problems - i've tested it loads of times and it works every time (not tested on a Mac though).

So - if you've got a spare couple of mins, i'd be really grateful if you could have a look. maybe i'm missing something?

Just placed a trial order for you, went through okay...no hesitation in the ordering process...slight hesitation going from Homepage to Kitchens page.
