    re: SEPARATESHIP and INVOICECOUNTRY

    hi...

In the checkout pages, - i think its the 3rd / 2nd one - see link... (uses Act_Order002.html)

it shows up SEPERATESHIP and INVOICECOUNTRY. click here [.gif 23kb] to see a screenshot. (i circled them in red)

This can look a little confusing for the customer, what are they, can i remove them or customise their text?

    Many thanks,

    JD

    Hi there

Judging from your screenshot it looks like it coming from Act_Order01.html. I would suggest in going to C:\Program Files\Actinic ecommerce v5\Formats\Themes\Business and finding Act_Order01.html and pasting this into your Site1 folder.

    Should sort out your problem.

I did as suggested, but it did not remedy the problem.
      Any further suggestions?

        Hi there

That really should have sorted out the problem. As you have a corrupted Act_Order01.html template. Try it again, if the same happens, then raise an email ticket on the following address: http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm

Please go to 'Design | Text' and click the 'Go to' button. Enter 2067 for the ID and in the prompt that it takes you to, replace the % in: -

            <TABLE WIDTH="100%"

with the html encoding for % (which I cannot show because the forum replaces it with %).
            However if you go Here

It will show you the correct code.
            "OK Venus?"
            "OK Steve!"
            "Right then, lets go!
