Include VAT for Froogle

Our site shows the prices EXCLUDING VAT but we need to Show prices INCLUDING VAT fot the Froogle data feed.
We need to show Both, as we mostly deal with businesses and they get the vat back anyway and are not really interested in the vat component.
How do we do this
