I am working on a site which charges a flat shipping rate of £4.99, however, they want to charge logged in (trade) customers £7.99 - is this easy to set up?
I'm afraid you cannot do this. Shipping in Actinic works on a global basis, therefore the shipping charges you make in "View | Business Settings | Shipping and Handling", apply to registered customers and retail customers.
