    Quickbooks Link

I setup the Quickbooks link per instructions, but I don't think I'm generating a *.iif file, which Quickbooks needs to import. THe odd thing to me is that Actinic is creating a CSV file ("Payments" I think.) but not an .*iif. Maybe I'm not understanding something here...

I create an online order, download it,and process it to "Complete".
I then try to export it by clicking Reports | Report Selection | Export | Export Orders.
Click on Export, and "File Export Settings" box appears. Click on OK.
Message: "One or more of the export files exist. DO you want to overwrite them?". However, on a search for "*.iif" I find no Actinic conversion files!!
THen a message box says "Transferring orders into Quickbooks...Status, Orders prepared for transfer 0". Then another message box "Order processing failed. No appropriate transaction found for KOxxxxx...."

I can't find a *.iif file to check the data. So, I don't know what the problem might be or where to start looking at this point. Any ideas anyone?

The "Payment" CSV contains minimal data but no name or customer address etc.

Maybe the Quickbooks link doesn't work on the evaluation version?

    Thanks

    Found the files but...

Actinic put the exported data into the 5 CSV files that I set up, but it looks like it was not able to make the conversion due to the above error. I went back to edit Profile Settings and found that the Product Refence Translation tab has an Actinic Reference "1!9" which is an invalid character in the translation table. Initially, Id id not have the Rerence Translation checked, so I don't think it's the real problem. But just in case...does anybody know how to edit the Actinic References in the Qbooks Product Reference Translation table?

    Thanks
    Keno.

      Hi there

      Actinic Reference "1!9"
This reference number is for a duplicate product. Whenever you see the ! between the reference number, this means a product has been duplicated within Actinic.

You would not need to set this up in the profile settings.
