7.0.2 Doesn't Remember Tax For Custom Locations

I have 3 zones set up beyond the standard Colorado zone. If a customer uses any zone except these 3 zones the order is ok when I view it. If a customer uses one of these zones when I view the order address and then view any other order information I receive an error. The error looks like this : Tax Error.jpg
Then Actinic resets the custom location to United States. It doesn't remember the custom location. My tax is then wrong because Actinic thinks that the order is a standard US order. Not a Colorado specific order.

From what you have written, i would say this is a bug. However for this to be investigated, i would recommend you submitting a email request on the following address: http://www.actinic.com/support_request.html

They may request a snapshot from you.
