Contact Us - what template is used for the 'Your Email has been sent' page?

Hi,

I have a problem with my Contact Form - when you submit an email the page that tells you that 'Your Email has been sent' and 'Please wait for your browser to forward you to the next page' doesn't return to the Contact Page - it goes to info.html which is my Terms & Conditions page.

I cannot figure out what templates are used to create this page, so I don't know how to fix that problem - any ideas?

Hi Jenny, thanks for testing it.

I haven't changed anything, but now it appears to go back to the shop.html instead of info.html as it was doing before.

Either way I'd rather it went back to the Contact Us page.

In case I wasn't clear before, the form is not the problem - the emails get sent fine - the problem is where the page takes you when you've sent the email.

can somebody help with this? The page still goes back to the wrong place, and I can't see where to set it so it returns to the Contact Us page as it should.

This works for me as well. The only way i got it to go to the terms and condition page is, to first go to that page, then click on contact us, fill in the form, then it refer back to the t&c.

The template that used for Contact us, is: Act_ContactUs.html

well, it's still not right for me.

This time, I opened a fresh browser (IE6), went from home page to contact us, filled it in, and the page redirected me to the homepage.

Then I went to Distributors, then clicked on Contact Us, filled it in, and the page redirected me to Distributors.

It's not the template for Contact Us that I wanted, it's the template that controls the page you get after filling in the form that I want, so I can hardcode that page redirect (if that's at all possible).

I guess it's not that big a deal, but it's a bit annoying.

This is actually controlled by a perlscript called MailForm.pl. This can be found in your site1 folder.
