    Link error from shopping cart

    Hi all

First post here, a minor problem but would like to get resolved. Adding items to our shopping cart is working out fine. However, the product names in the shopping cart are hyperlinked – presumably back to the product page – on clicking these links however, an error is thrown up, as follows:

The specified product reference (102) couldn't be found.

Is there any way of fixing these links, or getting rid of the link altogether.

    Any heop appreciated!

    Mark,

I did confirm on our website that the link is supposed to take the customer back to the product page when the hyperlink is used.
    Thanks,
    Roger Carr

Can you post an URL so we can see what's happening?

Also, is it on all products or just some?

I think it is on all products - the url is www.studioxotta.com/acatalog/ - when you adda product and then click on the hyperlinked product name in the table.

        Thanks!

Hmmm... Actinic uses the SearchScript to handle these links. I see you're not using the Search facility on your pages. Go to View / Search Settings / Search Options and check that "Index Products" is checked.

You may also want the "Index Product Duplicates" checked.
