Help - email error

Hi

Han anybody come across this message before when sending an email from within actinic

Error returned from SMTP server (4: Could not load DRD )

I am trying to contact verio (my ISP) but anticipate been caught up in the middle of denial senario and thought I would asked the wise heads here first.

We've got exactly the same problem on one of our sites hosted at Verio. It just started today which suggests it's a Verio rpoblem.

The network settings test works ok and an email is received from that, but when we go to mail customers through Actinic we get the same error as bwalton.

Has anyone resolved this or any ideas?

Got a reply from Verio, seems they have changed their mail server settings: Reply below, we've changed our site and all works well!!

During the implementation of our new email defense solution the outoing mailserver has changed from mail-fwd.london21-verio.com to
mail-fwd.in.london21-verio.com
