Shopping Cart not working - buttons inactive

Hi,

http://www.pbmhairproducts.com/acatalog/shop.html

now if you add a couple of things to your shopping cart, then access the cart via the link in the top nav - Shopping Cart >
you can see that the five buttons on that page don't work - it looks like the <form> tag isn't added to the script.

What do I need to check/activate to get that page to work? Or is it perhaps my template that's not right?

In case I wasn't clear enough before - once you've added a couple of things and you go to your shopping cart, try changing the quantities and then click Update - nothing happens??

Hi there

Go to "Design | Option | Layout", click on "Edit" for "View Cart Layout". Here see if you have NETQUOTEVAR:FORMBEGIN and NETQUOTEVAR:FORMEND near around the "NETQUOTEVAR:BULK"

These variable should not be deleted.
