Actinic V3 Search Page

Hi Guys,

RE:Actinic Catalog V3

I'm trying to add the search capabilities to the ACT_Primary.html, so that a search box always appears on the main screen and the user has easy access to the search facility.

I've added the code from ACT_Search.html to ACT_Primary.html
But when I enter a word to search I get a server error.

The original code and link to the search Page works fine.
Any suggestions?

Hi Ash,

Rather than just adding the code from Act_Search.html, you would need to add the generated code as some of the variables used in this template do not work in other templates. What you should do is upload your store and go to the search page and view the source. Copy from <form> to </form> and paste this into your Act_Primary.html in the position you want it to display.
