redirection on 'done'

how do I determine where the shopper goes when hitting 'done' at the final ordering (print this receipt) page?

at the moment they are jumping to an index page in the cgi-bin which .. um .. doesn't exits (no idea how this appeared either). I would kinda like them to return to the top shopping page, or maybe a 'thanks for buying please complete this questionaire on your shopping experience to enter our free monthly draw', or somewhere else I decide?
