Actinic not calculating UPS shipping on associated items correctly

Lets say I have 3 items. Item A,B,C. Items B,C are acessories for item A. I am using components to list the optional accesories. I have hidden items B,C. I created item A with the two optional accessories B,C. Items B,C both have a weight assigned to them. If you order item A and add items B,C Actinic is defaulting to the shipping tables. It is not using the UPS rate calculator. I have one area setup for all my locations. 0.00 weight is $0.00 It is also set to Not allow any excess. So Actinic errors out when the customer orders item A with items B,C because it is looking in the shipping tables defined not the UPS tables. Any ideas?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

Just tested this out on a US machine and it works for me. Whats the url of your site which has this issue?

US Support identified that it was an issue only when your primary product has a weight of 0 pounds. If I have a weight of 1.1 pounds or more there is no problem. This still needs to be fixed in the actinic software. I need to charge freight on an accessory and not on the primary item. Michael @ US support told me he was going to e-mail UK support. I don't know if he has heard anything back.
Hopefully this can be fixed in the upcoming release!
