Digital Download

Hi there, I am new to Actinic and am currently trying out the trial to see if it will work for a client. I have set up a digital download and have set it to test mode. Having uploaded everything, I have tested it and have not been given the option of downloading anything and then when you return to the catalogue the URL cannot be found. Any help please would be a bonus. Cheers for now.

Hi there

There was an issue with v6 which you cannot trial digital download with the trial server, the server did not support this. I am asking the development team if the same is also true for v7.

Just got some information back. I'm afraid this is still the case. The trial server does not support Digital Download.

I did suggest that. I have supplied some space to test the site on

[NVL]

Is this a server / host related issue then?

What should we be telling them to enable or install to fix this?

Hi there

You can't enable anything, its just Digital Download cannot be used with our Actinic trial server. On a normal server it will work fine.
