VB Error in viewing shipping & handling

Hi - I am having a rather catastrophic failure occurring within Actnic V.7. When I go to view orders and click on the order line for the details, the popup box appears with such tabs as Customer & Line Items. When I then click on Shipping & Handling, the application effectively falls over. Has anyone experienced this before?

I would assume my desktop application isn't picking up the shipping and handling data correctly but the error handling for this hasn't been dealt with...any ideas?

Hi there

What version of Actinic are you running? If it is 7.0.1,then check in "View | Discount and Surcharge Settings | Order Level" and see if this is blank. If it is, then put some information in here, as this is a bug within that software.
