    Access Denied

    Hi All,

Just a quickie has anyone ever had the problem where they are trying to upload and it starts checking pages, gets through about 10 of them and then says the sites>site 1 folder is access denied.

Have tried this on 2 machines and in generate web site feature as well.

Have tried the change in permissions of the directory etc, but to no avail.

    Hi there

I have had this problem with people copying the site1 folder from the cd onto there pc. Thus all html files are set to read only.

      Re: Access Denied

As far as i know this had not been copied from a CD. Each time ive changed teh properties it seems to ignore them.

We've also just run a test on all the files (dir /a /s) in the cmd prompt and it said no files were read-only, so i'm totally confused as to why this is happening.

Still having a look into how to fix it, any further ideas gratefully received.

I've seen this very occasionally using 7.0.1 on XP PRO SP2. It seems to happen when I've been editing templates in a text editor. It could be that Actinic thinks a file is in use by another program.
