Renaming inactive site

I am now using Developer V7. I tried to rename an existing non-active site, from 'test' to another name, as I wish to replace my existing Site 1 with this. It will not let me rename the inactive site - it just keeps saying - permission denied.

Any ideas on this, please

Try making a new site within Actinic, Then going to it. you can then go to sites and single click on the old site and then double click it and be able to change the name
