Error - Script Produced No Output

Very strange one this, its random and cannot be recreated but at different script points on the website (usually when checking out) customers are reporting the following message:

....\wwwroot\cgi-bin\os000002.pl' script
produced no output

On the one time I have seen this error personally, clearing the cookies fixed the problem for me, however I am yet to confirm this works as finding a customer who is willing to help upon experiencing this is not the easiest thing to do!!!

Has anyone come across this before or have any idea how to go about tracking / recreating this problem?

Do you know what point this error occurs on the site?

Could try a network test, Advanced | Network setup | Test, and let me know what that comes back with.

Ask your server people if you can see the error logs around the time these problems occur. They may help.
