    Problem when retrieving orders

This problem has only just started today.
Orders downloaded fine this morning. I went to do them this afternoon and its not working.
    I did what i usually do :
IE, goto the web menu, then go to the retrieve orders menu.
It searched and found the orders and started downloading them.
Normally it searches first for the orders then for the PSP payment attached to that order. At the moment it is only searching for the orders and is not carrying on to the next step. The ok button never appears and if i click cancel then the orders dont appear in actinic but i cannot re-download them.

I appreciate the above sounds a little weird, I have checked with my PSP and payments have gone through but for some reason the orders are not making their way into actinic.

Im going to try a complete site refresh now to see if that solves the problem.
If it does i will post here, if it doesnt then id appreciate some help.

    thanks

      Hi Simon,

Do you have FTP access to the server?

If you browse to the acatalog folder do you see the *.ord file and *.occ files?

If so I would go to Housekeeping | Compact Database. Then browse to the Actinic V7 folder then Sites\Site1. Sort your files by details then type. Delete all the *.fil, *.pl, *.pm and *.cat. Once deleted browse to the Original directory and copy the *.pm and *.pl back to the Site1 folder.

Now FTP to your sever and browse to the acatalog folder. Again delete all the *.fil and *.cat files. Browse the cgi-bin folder and delete the Actinic scripts.

Make sure you have a recent snapshot before attempting the above.

      Now refresh you web site.

      Any Joy?
      Regards,

      Toby Blanchard
