Major upgrade error! 6.13 to 6.15

I've just upgraded from 6.1.3.000 DHBA to 6.1.5.000.EGRA ..and, in doing so have managed to replace my existing shop (with over 1,200 items in it) with the Actinic demo shop.!

Now, I have do have a backup of 6.1.3.000, and also a recent snapshot. Can anyone advise me how to get my origninal shop into position?

Site upgrade fixed.

In the absence of any other info, I re-installed the original 6.1.3 and imported the last snapshot.
Site is now up and limping - I need a bit of help - I've posted a new help query above.
