Product - Full Description

I cannot get the "Full Description" to appear in my website?

Product Details > General Tab

Short Description - This appears when uploaded

Full Description - Doesn't appear when uploaded

Any ideas??

Look in your Product Template (probably Act_ProductLine.html) for NETQUOTEVAR:PRODUCTDESCRIPTION. That's what lays out that text. Perhaps it's commented out or in an invalid location.

Also try changing some products to use a different Template and see if that helps.

And try highlighting your entire page just in case you've set it's text to the same colour as the background.
