Discounting?

I know it is possible, but i cant find anywhere to explain it...

I am using Catalog v7 (demo version, i do have a license)

I have a product (gaiam yoga mat) and the customers are given the following choices:

Choose:
Red, Green, Iris, Purple, Mango, or Blue and save £2
We choose the color, they save £4

This is useful because we can give away colors people dont normally choose and/or we have excess stock in!

How would i get this to work on one product, as i currently have two products set up to make it work!

i have used components (optional) to add a price to the lowest price, and put a "from" before the price
