worldpay problem

happy new year to all

i have intergrated worldpay and all ok for test etc and have all green lights for go, however went to try for the first time today and get the error below.
I can wait until tomorrow i guess and contact worldpay, but any ideas here?
i think i have ticked all the right buttons on the actinic software.

have you gone through the READY, STEADY, Go procedure with WP?

Once you are in test mode you have to wait for WP to turn you to production mode, all the info you need will be in the emails they send you

yeah done that, i have had the test a-ok and the email saying that i am now live, however i have uploaded site with the "run in production mode" and got that error message when i tried to buy something?

nothing else in actinic i shoud have done is there?

Mmmmmmmmmm seems i have done everything right in Actinic and the problem lies between the link from WP to my Bank. Arhh relief its no problem my end.
