As said, you'll need 2 licenses.

Catalog periodically sends site and licese info to Actinic so they can see if it's being misused.

If you get a second license you can then use it to keep both sites on the same computer, or if you intend to use 2 computers, one on each.

You could even keep both sites on both systems systems (one being dormant on each machine) as an instant backup should one computer fail.
