Our site is set up to send emails to customers confirming orders, notification to me of fresh orders placed and copies to me of orders placed (the actual orders are downloaded by someone else).
For some reason all these features only work sporadically although they remain checked on the settings. They stop working even when the site has had no updates, for example they were working fine up to the Christmas break but stopped working during the break even though there had been no uploading activity at all.
Anyone any idea what may be happening?
