Orders go "complete" after printing

Some clever person (I think it was Jo at Pinbrook) once showed me the trick of making Orders go to the "completed" section automatically - ie as soon as they were printed. My client has now reformatted his pc and I can't remember the knack. Currently his Pending section is all bogged down with old orders - please can anyone help?

Hi Dave,

If you go to "View | Business Settings | Ordering". Put a tick in "Bypass Catalog Order Processing", click on "Apply" and "OK". Now when you download your orders, if you simply print them, they should be marked as completed.
