I need to set up something like this:

http://boneyardbrew.com/acatalog/Recipies.html

but not have Actinic overwrite it everytime i do an update.
Is there a way to do internal page links with Actinic?
As of right now i just have 2 copies of this page and when i update
Actinic it overwites the one I want, then i just upload the one i want
via FTP, but want to know if there is a way i can do it with Actinic.

Is this a page you have created yourself? or is this a page created in Actinic with fragments?

Is there a way to do internal page links with Actinic?

With a fragment you have the option along the top for "Link", otherwise some people just embed html within the full description, including a normal href link.

I didnt know you could just embed the HTML into the desc.
