offline page preview not working

Seem to have lost my offline page preview and also my Browse Website function on the tool bar?

Is this a Norton setting problem maybe as i cannot open e mail links either?

Was it working before you installed Norton then? What exactly happens when you try and do an offline preview or browse the website?

If you believe it is Norton causing the problems, then you need to have it enabled for Actinic Catalog to connect to the internet in your Norton Firewall setup.

Not sure if Norton is the problem.

Check in your Norton firewall settings that Actinic Catalog is permitted to connect to the internet.

Can you view your site any other way, Web | Offline preview?
