postage question

i have parcelforce 24 postage option as a product to buy so it can be added to the cost of this service to the total at checkout (dont want it to be an option under postage) anyway it keeps adding £1.10 postage charge to it even though i have given it a 0.09 weight which in my shipping set up should charge £0.00? is there a default im missing somewhere?

The postage charge that get's added will of course depend on the total weight of all the products in the cart. so the 'weight' of your parcelforce 24 option may be enough to force it to the next shipping band.

Other than hard it's hard to say. I assume there's a reason for giving it a weight other than zero, but as you must be doing some weird things it's hard to say where the error might be.
