Upload and Preview images

I would like users to be able to upload and preview images in my actinic website for use as a personalised graphic on an item such as a mug or plate. The image needs to be associated with the order and downloaded from the server together. Has any one else attempted to do this? Can anyone recommend a developer who can achieve this for me?

If your server supports the PHP language this can be done fairly easily.
