Hello,
How do you apply "Free UK Shipping for orders under £50" and any overseas orders will be £10 regardless of value?
This has been puzzling me all morning!!
Can someone help please?

Hi,

In the 'Shipping & Handling' tab of 'Business Settings' you need to ensure that you have 'Advanced Shipping' selected. Then set your 'Calculation Basis' to 'Total Value'. For your UK zone you need to have a shipping class where the grid looks something like:

Value.............Cost
49.99.............0.00
50.00.............5.00 (or whatever the value is - then add more options if you want)

Then, if you will ship to any country in the world, you can delete any other shipping zones you might have set up and set the 'If shipping band not defined' to 'Use default charge' of £10.00.

If you only ship to certain countries, then you will have to set up another zone and add the countries you want to ship to and set up a class for it with a grid that looks something like:

Value.............Cost
1.00...............10.00

and set the 'Excess' to take the highest value in the table.
