Has anyone had any experience with uploading to Namesco/Simply.com?
I'm trying to upload a v6 Catalog to a recently opened account at Namesco/Simply.com and keep getting the message "An error ocurred while sending the merge request" at the end of an upload or site refresh.
I've tried the Network Setup test and received the following messages:
I've also run the Network Settings Wizard and it stops with the following error:
An odd thing happened whilst CHMODing the acatalog directory to 777 and the cgi-bin directory to 755 - when I change one, it changes the other to the same permissions.
The cgi-bin and acataolg directories are in the 'web' directory as instructed in their rather skimpy tutorial. I'm using the paths for the cgi-bin as derived from the Network Settings Wizard and they look OK.
Any ideas, anyone?

Actinic Ecommerce is not able to run the CGI scripts on the server. It appears as if the scripts are not installed. The most likely cause is that you have an incorrect CGI-BIN URL. If you've never uploaded the site, then you should do it before a download of orders. If you've uploaded the site ever, then Run Web | Configure Web Site Details... to review your web site configuration.
The web server returned error code 404 - Requested URL not found. This means Actinic Ecommerce can not execute the CGI scripts on your web site. Run Web | Configure Web Site Details... to check the web setup.

An error ocurred while sending an HTTP request to the web server. Perhaps your network is down or your web server is down.
