OCCX & ORDX files?

Quick question, can anyone tell me what the OCCX & ORDX files are that you can see on the server and how they work?

Hi there

The .ord files are the encrypted order files, while the .ocx files are the authorisation files from the payment service provider (Ie Worldpay)

I have noticed that there are .ORDX files & .ORD files and .OCCX & .OCC files. What is the difference?

Sorry, the .occx and .ordx are files which when you tried to download the order, they were corrupted, and asked you if you like to rename this files. If you said "Yes", then they will be renamed as .occx and .ordx

Hmmm. We had a 'blob' problem about a month ago but it was fixed. Should those files still be up on the server? Theres about 11 of each sitting there??

These files should be on the server, until you either rename them to try and download again, or simply delete them.
