View basket/ checkout

after I add a product to my Cart, the program says:
"please wait for your browser to forward you to the next page or clic here."

Is there a way that after I add to cart it goes to the "View basket" page , where they can either check out or update quantity or continue shopping?

for example this guy:

when you add to basket it goes to
http://www.memory-map.co.uk/cgi-bin/ca000001.pl

how did he do that?

that is IMPOSSIBLE to do.

if you look at www.optimistonline.co.uk it does the same (v5)

I have version 6
does it do it on version 6? if so, how and what do i need to do?

Hi there

Simply change the shopping mode to "Quantity on Shopping" on the section you could like. To change this, simply go to the "Layout" tab of the section.

I want the user to be able to change "QUANTITY" on the product page.

BUT, after adding it to the cart, I want him directed to the page where he can:
update, save, retrive, continue shopping or Checkout.

I know this can be done. I did it before, just dont remember how.

right now after adding to cart, it says:
Please wait for your browser to forward you to the next page or click. (I dont want this).

Hi there

Go to "Design | Options | Shop Default"

Change the "Bounce Page Delay" to "0" (zero)

Update the site and it should do this.
