Annoying Message!

I keep getting the following message appearing whilst trying to define shipping classes.

"The following regions have been defined in more than one zone for the same shipping class.
It is recommended that you make appropriate corrections:"

Strange thing is, where are the regions that are considered problematic?

I read on another webpage that an error similar to this was caused by an error within the programming of Actinic. Can anyone confirm this, or acknowledge a problem similar to this.

Does it not give you a list of what zones are causing you problem? Please could you put this information on this thread.
