We use Actinic Link (ExportVersion=v2.0.6.0.2 ImportVersion=v2.1.2.0.2) to update our Business V6.1.5 site from Sage FC v11.
I have set it NOT to import special prices from Sage, but two of these prices are still coming through regardless.
Below is a sample from the Link generated csv file...
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ref Desc Price
Product P915F Tubus Nova Stainless Front Rack £70 5957 (etc etc)
Price TRD1ACC 4170
Price RESELLER 3276
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
In Actinic the price for item P915F shows as 59.57 in simple view, but in the advanced table for "Retail" it's 41.70! (also for TRD1ACC and RESELLER)
This raises several questions:
1) I have specifically asked for special prices NOT to be exported to this csv. Why is it (partially) happening?
2) Why, where there is a special price coming through is it overwriting the retail schedule?
HELP!
Everything was going out at trade prices, we are haemorraging cash so badly that I've had to suspend online ordering!
PS: I also get a long warning log at import into Actinic like this:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Line 389: The price property is a duplicate.
Line 391: The price property is a duplicate.
etc etc........
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Which relates to:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Line 384: Product B507B52 04 Expedition XT 52cm £950 80851
Line 385: Price TRD1ACC 60638
Line 386: Price action=delete,Qty C
Line 387: Price Qty C 60638 1
Line 388: Price action=delete,Qty D
Line 389: Price Qty D 60638 1
Line 390: Price action=delete,Qty E
Line 391: Price Qty E 60638 1
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Can anyone shed any light?
