can i export orders to disc?

Can i export all my orders to disc or another programme (Excel etc) so i do not have to keep hard copy (as such a waste of paper) i am told that vat and inland rev may soon except digital copy of paperwork rather than all the reams as in the past?

If by 'export' you mean 'print' then you can just install a pdf printer that will create a pdf file for each print operation rather than a paper copy.
