plusnet act4 set up

Has anyone managed to get actinc 4 working with plusnet, i am currently trying to resolve all this from my own internet connection, but do i need to be connected with an internet connection with plusnet? and has anyone got the settings required as i'm not getting too far here...and they are not much help...

Hi Dan

From past experience, when using plusnet you need to use their own internet connection, otherwise you cannot connect to the ftp server.
