    problems upgrading

    Hi, I have recently upgraded from actinic 6 to 7. What i did was install 7 on my new laptop and then import the snapshot that i made on my pc which has version 6 installed. Thing is it aint kept all the orders i have recieved on it in the database. Is there a way to get the information from my pc to my laptop??

    Hi there

    Import the snapshot again, and you will see a box that says "Overwrite all target order". Simply tick then and continue to import. Now you will have the order broughts into v7
