Actinic Deletes Orders

Hello

Is there any reason why Actinic would delete an order if I have right-clicked on the order and selected "Reprint Data Entry Report"?

As part of our order system, new orders are marked as 'Processed' by updating nBomStatus in Order table to '1' so the order is marked as printed. After doing this, the order prints and is deleted.

Your help is appreciated.

Printing (or re-printing) the data entry reports can make your order appear to the completed tab, so this is probably where your orders are going to. Click on the completed tab at the bottom of the orders list and you will probably find the orders there.
